When his only friend dies, a man born with dwarfism moves to rural New Jersey to live a life of solitude, only to meet a chatty hot dog vendor and a woman dealing with her own personal loss.
Great movie. Everything about this movie is great, this is one of those films that motivates me. I know one thing for sure, I'll never look the same way at someone with dwarfism. I especially liked the character Joe, he seemed like someone I would hang out with.
So, I am not sure if I saw the whole movie. It kind of just stopped. What I saw, I liked. It was about overcoming your obstacles. All three of the characters were going through something new, and they had to manage to work through it all in their own way. Well worth a look.
i found this movie quirky, witty, surprisingly funny and full of interesting characters. the cast brought to life their characters by some very good acting. all the dwarf (fin) wants is to be left alone but finds no solace in a town with a few oddballs who find him more interesting and in need of friendship than he finds in them. you can't help but fall in love with "fin" the main character. i found something i could relate to in all the characters in this film. i don't understand why this movie didn't get the attention is certainly should have.
Hey dwarfs their funny right and whats not to laugh!Luckily ,as I do, this film takes a more humanist standpoint. Pete is a nice guy but a bit stand offish but thats understandable given the way hes viewed. Then he meets a couple of quirky individuals who treat him for what he is and not his size. He resents this at first but then starts liking the couple and finally realises you can have unfairness.. shovelled at you whatever your size!!
Due a large amount of 'bad reports' related to new, especially 'now showing in theaters' blockbusters movies
I wish to notice that movie files have a very short lifetime (from hour to day) before they will be deleted.
