what a great movie. the last 20 minutes i found myself wringing my hands. i know that must sound silly but its true. what a beautiful and heartbreaking story. im ashamed to say i grew up in atlanta and never saw this until now.
its strange to hear them talking about the different places like tara i guess the area is now what i know as tara blvd. (the area im told where they shot the movie) and decatur rd. still goes by the same name. these are places i grew up around and i never watched this movie. im glad i finally got to see it

That line was straight money! I love this flick. I think the first time I saw this
was at boarding school on a old skool projector. It felt Super authentic.
Don't bother watching the second film Scarlett it will just ruin this one for you

this movie is a classic, I had to sit through this movie so many times coz my older sister loved it so much an not once have i ever become bored with it.
It's a fantastic oldie that still holds up today, a deffo must see, an i'm sure you'll be watching this more than once. 5/5
