That was pretty good..
There is so much I want to say, its such a weird and disturbing movie.
Its basically a darker side to the Alice In Wonderland story, and it uses live action and stop-motion animation to bring everything to life.
Really bizarre, freaky movie at times, it was definitely worth watching. However, I'm sure it'd be better in a different state of mind..*hint*
Can't wait to see Alice in 2009 (if it ever happens) with Sarah Michelle Gellar..which will be based off of the game.
That game was amazing. I really hope American Mcgee goes threw with having the movie made. It would be beautiful. I must say though. I do kind of like Sarah Michelle Gellar... But she is supposedly not in it anymore and Tim Burton took over and rumors of Johnny Depp being the Mad Hatter are flowing in. But there is also a version that Marilyn Manson is also doing. I really want them to do a film adaptation of The Looking Glass Wars.
Actually Marilyn Manson's movie is going to be about the life of Lewis Carrol not the book itself. My favorite Alice in Wonderland version is one I read on the internet that was really creepy and odd.
I actually really did not know that this film was that old. I thought it to be a bit younger, but ten or so years. But it's amazing what stop animation can do and how freaky it looks sometimes. I prefer stop animation that to some really terrible cging I've seen used in movies of the past or really low budget. This is definitely a very artist film. :3 I loved it.

This move was definitely a one of a kind and is pretty exciting to watch, although some parts do drag on a bit. It doesn't follow the Alice In Wonderland plot.. but comes close. Overall I lyked the movie and thought that is was pretty trippy.
I actually thought this was an intriging movie to watch. We all know the wonderful children's version of Alice in Wonderland and I'm sure we have seen THAT animated version, but not many people have probably seen this version. I thought the film was wonderful I have never seen a movie done in this style, and the ending was very humorous! However I guess if one did not like horror or rather something in the form of horror they would think this movie was odd. They changed up the whole format of Alice in Wonderland as well, and is probably the main reason I kept watching for more the whole concept of using stuff animals, dolls, socks, meat, sawdust, desk drawers, etc. was soo weird. My opinion of this movie is it's worth seeing because it's something that you hardly see in the movie industry that plays out well. Whoever made this movie really did do a great job! 9/10 I must say. Sensory overload..this movie is very, very weird. The sound effects and general props and such are absolutely awesome and the whole thing is just tripping. The director must have been flying.
